Name, organisation, your role, email and phone.

Where it is going

City, state and ZIP, because freight is priced by destination. Whether a delivery truck and a crane can reach the site. What kind of site it is, since schools, churches, military bases, parks and construction sites are all quoted differently by freight carriers.

Money and timing

Your funding status, your target budget range, when you want it in the ground, whether the project is going out to bid, whether you are tax exempt, and whether you will be paying by purchase order.

Whether you need design assistance, installation, surfacing, site preparation, or inclusive play consultation.

Why we ask about budget

Because it is the difference between showing you three good options and showing you thirty irrelevant ones. A range is fine. "Not sure yet" is a real answer and we will help you work it out.

We ask about funding status for the same reason. If you are still fundraising, you need a number to raise toward and a phased plan, which is a different conversation from someone with approved funds and a deadline. Both are welcome. They are just not the same.

What happens next

1. We confirm availability, lead time and freight with the manufacturer.
2. We build your quote, itemised and all-in, with lead times stated.
3. You get a document you can take straight to a board, a committee, or a grant application.
4. When you are ready, pay by card, ACH, check or purchase order.

A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you are early and just need a credible number for a grant application or a capital appeal, that is a perfectly good reason to ask.
