About PlayGrove
We sell commercial playground equipment to schools, churches, daycares, parks, HOAs and communities. We try to do it without the two things that make this industry frustrating: hidden prices and vague answers.
Why we show prices
Most of our competitors do not. You find a structure you like, and the price is "contact us for a quote." That is fine for them and useless for you, because you cannot brief a board, run a fundraising campaign, or write a grant application against a number you do not have.
So we publish real prices, including on six-figure systems. You will still need a quote for anything involving freight, surfacing and installation, because those genuinely vary by site. But you should be able to find out roughly what something costs without talking to a salesperson first.
Why we publish the specifications
Safety use zone, child capacity, fall height, age range, accessible component counts, and the standards cited by number rather than shown as a badge. CAD files ungated, because a landscape architect should not have to trade an email address for a drawing.
All of this is information you need to check whether something will actually work on your site. Withholding it is a sales tactic, not a service.
How we work
We are an authorised dealer. The manufacturers build and ship the equipment; we handle the selling, the specification, the quoting, and the relationship. You buy from us, we look after your project, and the equipment arrives from the factory.
That means the manufacturer's certifications, warranties and product liability come with the equipment, and you get a single point of contact who is not going to disappear once the purchase order clears.
What we will tell you honestly
- When a structure is too big for the space you have described.
- When engineered wood fiber will not give you the accessible route you are being asked to provide.
- When your volunteers can reasonably install something, and when they absolutely should not.
- When the honest answer is less equipment than you were hoping for.
We would rather lose a sale than sell someone a playground that fails an inspection or does not fit.
