Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders. Most of our customers pay this way, and none of them should have to put a sixty thousand dollar playground on a credit card.

Who we accept purchase orders from

• Public K-12 school districts and charter schools
• Private schools, colleges and universities
• Cities, counties, townships, special districts and state agencies
• Parks and recreation departments
• Public libraries
• All branches of the military and federal agencies
• Churches and 501(c)(3) non-profits
• Property management companies, on request

Terms

Net-30 after credit approval. First orders from a new account may be required on prepayment or card while credit is established, and we will tell you upfront rather than after you have issued the PO.

Do you already have a quote from us?

If so, reference the quote number on your purchase order. That single detail is the difference between an order that ships on schedule and one that sits in a queue while somebody works out which project it belongs to. Quote numbers look like PG-00000 and appear at the top of every quote document we issue.

If you do not have a quote yet, request one first. For anything involving freight, surfacing or installation, a purchase order issued without a quote is almost always issued for the wrong amount.

How to send a purchase order

1. Request a quote so the amount, freight and lead time are confirmed in writing.
2. Issue your PO referencing the quote number.
3. Send it to us, along with your tax exemption certificate if we do not already have one on file.
4. We confirm receipt, place the order with the manufacturer, and give you a ship date.

Other ways to pay

ACH and bank transfer are our preferred method for large orders. On a twenty-five thousand dollar order, card processing costs several hundred dollars more than ACH, and that difference is real money that could be going into your project instead.

Card is available on everything, and is the fastest route for in-stock site amenities.

Check is accepted against an issued invoice.
